Gantt Chart

In order to stay organized and on task, I had to create a schedule and set a deadline for myself and each step.  Taking a step further in to keep myself on task, I created a time sheet using an Excel sheet, which also allowed me to treat my thesis project as an actual job.

In my own opinion, I feel that staying on task was the most difficult task above all the frustrating issues I has managing everything on my own with the exception of the audio and the initial lighting.

There were issues that had cost me weeks and even months of time due to data loss and corruption.  With that said, I managed to learn a lot from the research and testing that came with trying to resolve and revise, or work around these issues.

Below is a list of tasks that were required to be completed through the production process.

During the production stage of my animation, I had to reinstall all of my software after reformatting my hard drive.  In doing so my Share Planner software for my Gantt chart was missing, to recover and reinstall, I had to go online to retrieve it.  Unfortunately the site went down for some time.  For the meantime I used Tom's Planner, and then transferred all the new information  onto Excel sheets.
